The company NOVOTIKA was established in 1990.

It is specialized in the field of bank equipment and service activity.

In 1995 the company was re-registered as a Share Holding of entirely private character.

NOVOTIKA AD is the exclusive representative for Bulgaria of the following manufacturers of bank equipment- leaders on the world market:

• MAGNER International Corporation – USA
• BellCon ApS – Denmark
• FELINS Inc. – USA
• JCM GmbH. – Japan

NOVOTIKA AD delivers the equipment and conducts trainings within the country. Warranty and post- warranty service is implemented on site.

Service maintenance is implemented by highly qualified service engineers, trained by the manufacturer companies, by using only original spare parts and service documentation.

A common practice is the regular carrying on of joint seminar– trainings of our service engineers with specialists of the technical centers of the companies we represent, aiming at introduction to the newest tendencies in bank technology.
